  • Turmeric (Arisina) & Kumkuma
  • Leaf (Villedale)
  • Butter
  • Saree
  • Ardha Narishwar
  • And any other Alankaras as per the wishes of the devotees, fall within the limits of the temple’s rule.

Poojas

  • Panchamrutha

Prasadam

  • Fruit Solid (Banana, Joggery, Coconut Powder & any other Fruits & its Mixtures)
  • Panchakajjaya (Mixture of fried gram, jaggery pieces, dry coconut pieces, Fried white or black gingelly (Yellu) (Fried)
  • Channa or green gramdal kosambari
  • Kesari bath, Karabath (without onion & garlick)
  • Mixer of sugar, Dry coconut powder & fried gram
  • Curd bath & Lemon bath (without onion & garlick)
  • Kharapongal, Sweet Pongal & Puliyyogare
  • Sweet Avalakki, Khara Avalakki, (Beatan Rice) any gram fried with mustered green or red chilies

Utsav Moorty

  • Devotees can take Mathaji’s procession idol to their houses to perform Pooja by booking in advance on first cum first basis. After performing Pooja Mathaji’s idol should be brought back to the temple (Transport arrangements to be made by devotees only)

Monthly Special Pooja

  • Shastipooja: On every sixth day after Ammavasya (New Moon Day) a special pooja for Subramanyaswamy will be performed at 6 p.m. at the temple premises.

Vehicle Pooja

  • Devotees who desire to perform Vehicle Pooja at Om Sri Chowdeshwari Matha Temple can avail this service. Along with the Vehicle please bring the following items for conducting pooja :
  • Turmeric powder & Kum kum -1 packet each
  • Incense stick (agarbatti) -1 Packet
  • Coconut -1 No.
  • Lemon -4 Nos.
  • Banana -6 Nos.
  • Prasad - Any sweet dish
  • Garland – 1
  • Lose flowers
